We offer a wide range of programs aimed at empowering and supporting our next
generation of leaders, minority businesses and other nonprofit organizations.
We strengthen the local nonprofit ecosystem by equipping grassroots organizations with the tools and training they need to succeed. Our capacity-building support includes grant writing workshops, board development, leadership coaching, and equity-centered strategy training all designed for organizations serving communities of color and low-income populations.
At the Baker Hope from Heritage Foundation, we champion the dignity, wellness, and independence of older adults through culturally sensitive services that address health, isolation, financial stability, and social engagement. From meal delivery and transportation to wellness check-ins and intergenerational events, we ensure that seniors in underserved communities are not left behind.
We partner with schools, families, and educators to provide culturally responsive academic support and enrichment for K–12 students. Programs include tutoring, afterschool STEM and arts activities, leadership development, and social-emotional learning, all with a trauma-informed and equity-first approach.
At the Baker Hope from Heritage Foundation, we are committed to fostering a new generation of leaders who will make a positive difference in their communities. We are dedicated to helping deserving individuals achieve their dreams and create change in the world through higher education.
Our scholarship application opens once per year, giving eligible students the chance to apply for this valuable opportunity. Every year, we are proud to award five deserving students with our scholarship, helping them achieve their academic goals and set them on a path towards success.
We provide adults with access to lifelong learning, skills training, and wellness resources that empower them to thrive. Our offerings include digital literacy, financial education, career readiness workshops, language classes, and mental health support all designed with cultural relevance and accessibility in mind.
At the Baker Hope from Heritage Foundation, we are committed fueling We fuel economic empowerment through training and resources for BIPOC- and immigrant-owned small businesses. Our program offers business planning support, micro-grants, marketing assistance, and access to local vendor networks helping entrepreneurs in underinvested areas thrive and contribute to community vitality.
