The Juneteenth Freedom Ride

Each June, riders gather to honor ancestors and ride a route that traces freedom, family, and future.

2026 in Review

A ride that became a movement

The 2026 Freedom Ride began at staging at Diablo Valley College in Pleasant Hill and rolled north on Highway 29. Riders broke for a community meal hosted by Buster's of Calistoga, then returned south to close the day at the Chase Center with the Golden State Valkyries Tribute Night.

Sixty riders rode together. Brothers from Omega Ryderz, sisters from Delta Ryderz, and riders from across the Bay. The ride is the most visible touchpoint of a year-round program calendar, and funds raised support every program the foundation runs.

Important: Omega Ryderz is not a motorcycle club. We operate exclusively as active financial members of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. who ride motorcycles.
